An extra helping hand

Over the past few weeks, we’ve spent some time with the client in Bloomsbury assisting with their scope of works, budget and programme plus explaining the preconstruction process. This has led to a lot of questions from their lender which we’ve been supporting the client with.

Whilst this has been going on, we’ve also got more detailed and accurate costings through to take the proposed layouts through to Building Regulations, Planning Application, CDM and JCT set up. Everything has been submitted so now we just need to wait for the client to complete on the building…
