Clients- at the heart of everything we do

 

When we started this blog, we wanted to give a flavour of the business, a sense of who we are instead of simply what we do. Of course, when we have pulled off a new client win or have designed something that we’d like the world to see, we share this, but often it’s the little things that go unnoticed that say more about East On.

We’ve recently been chatting to the newest members of the team about their onboarding and first year experiences and one thing common to all the conversations was how supported they felt; of course we were delighted to learn this. But of course, that needs to mean something in the wider world, so we commissioned an internal survey ahead of our Annual Business Review (more of that to come in other posts…)  and the results were fascinating.

We wanted to find out what the team felt most closely associated with and how they perceived our identity and the word that came up time and time again above all others was…CLIENTS. As you can see from the word cloud here, our clients are very much at the heart of everything we do.

And that’s made us think a lot about the purpose of the business and how we can enhance our clients’ experience. More of this to follow….
