Employee-owned, 18 months strong

You’ll start to see our “proudly employee-owned” logo used in our marketing collateral over the coming months and it’s got us thinking about how important this has been to us since we became an Employee Ownership trust in late 2023. If you need to refresh your memory, have a look at our news post from back then here. There’s no doubt it was a significant moment in our history that also marked 10 years since we formed East On Projects and its subsidiaries.

At the time, we were keen to focus on the benefits for both the team and our partners; fostering a sense of inclusion really focused us collectively on striving to do things better. Eighteen months on, nothing has changed in our determination to be collaborative in everything we do, our team has grown and developed and we’re working with more and more household names.

Of course, all of these lofty aims would be nothing without the people we work with and the values that we set out when we started the business. Let’s hope the next 18 months find us feeling even more positive about the benefits of being employee-owned!
