Maintaining Excellence: Another ISO Audit Passed
Another year has passed since we first achieved ISO accreditation and we’ve been reflecting on the effect that this has had on all of us. Hayley White, our Operations Director, says, “ISO 9001 guided us in working more efficiently and ISO 14001 taught us to operate with environmental responsibility”; of course, the key thing here is that we continue to develop from all of these learnings
We’ve all come to realise that, even though we don’t always feel the changes, we are constantly learning more and improving with each cycle of projects. So we were even more delighted to pass our annual ISO surveillance visit at the start of July. What was really interesting to see was the impact of using Monday.com on the way that we have become even more proactive, by being able to manage both our clients’ projects and our business seamlessly.
Let’s hope we are feeling even more positive about our progress this time next year!
