Minimal Makeover, Maximum Impact
Our pictures here illustrate the power of what could have been seen as just a slight tweak in design. When our client came to us needing to update a cracked tiled floor, we had a couple of choices: repair what we could or suggest a full flooring refresh. An added problem was that the original tiles had been discontinued.
Our design team opted to illustrate the benefits of making the change to carpet in this high traffic area. Whilst it might seem like something that’s easy to envisage, junior interior design architect Ellie Pearson just knew that if our customer could see the finished result in advance, they would be as enthusiastic as she was about making the change.
Armed with a photo realistic set of CGI images, Ellie was able to make her recommendation hit home and the end result is clear to see.
And how about the quality of those CGI renders?! You’d have to look hard to realise that they aren’t photographs!
And in case you’re wondering what happened to the original tiles…we repurposed them elsewhere in the premises. A perfect example of a circular economy!
