Things get serious

Things have moved on today for the wellness project near the British Museum! We have submitted a pre-construction phase budget for East On Projects to take their brief, survey the building and create existing and proposed drawings as well as engage the numerous consultants and surveyors that are going to be needed to be able to create a scope, programme and initial budget for the construction phase.

Now we just have to sit back and wait…
