Zero waste thinking, real results
In common with many other businesses, we often speak about our commitment to sustainability but it’s good to take a step back and reflect on what we actually do to walk the walk as well as just talk the talk.
From our residential project in West Sussex where we have worked with local trades and recycled virtually everything on site in order to maintain a circular economy, to our ISO 14001 for Environmental Management and our commitment to repurposing furniture from commercial premises projects, not a day goes by when we aren’t actively thinking about how to really make being environmentally conscious count. It means that we record all carbon savings to ensure that we are living up to our claims.
We work very closely with Senator UK’s Sustain project and have a couple of exciting announcements coming up about recent projects (watch this space!) but in the meantime, we are delighted to see that we have saved 60,924 kg of CO2 and also recycled a further 44,028 kg of furniture.
We love it when a plan comes together!
