ISO accreditation for the East On Projects Group
At the East On Projects Group, we spend every day advising businesses how to get the best out of their working environment for the benefit of colleagues, customers and of course, the bottom line. For some time, we have been thinking that it is only right that we demonstrate our commitment to workplace excellence – and what better way to do this than with ISO accreditation? So we are delighted to announce that we have been certified as achieving ISO 9001 and 14001 accreditations in Quality and Environmental Management Systems respectively.
Ensuring that we meet the criteria for this has been no mean feat for our Operations Manager, Hayley White, who has spearheaded the project across the East On Projects Group As a result, we now have the practical tools across our business to manage our environmental responsibilities and put our customers consistently at the heart of everything we do.
We have learnt so much about the value of continually looking for ways to improve our business processes and how to use these in ways that benefit the world around us – we’re looking forward to seeing where the journey takes us next!
