Another perfect score!

We are delighted to report that East On has received a perfect score in our latest external audit and successfully achieved ISO 9001 recertification, a particularly meaningful achievement as this was the first audit of our newly developed management system.

Over the past year, we’ve been redesigning the way we manage our quality system by rebuilding our document management system within monday.com. The result is the East On Hub, a central workspace that brings together our processes, procedures, records, audits, risks, objectives and continual improvement activities into one connected platform.

We asked our Director of Operations, Hayley White, why achieving this milestone is so exciting for the business right now. Here’s what she had to say: “We’ve created a system that is easier to use, easier to maintain and better supports the way our team works every day. The East On Hub was only rolled out to the wider team for stress testing last month, so this audit provided an early opportunity to see how the new system performed under external review.

“Achieving a perfect score has given us confidence that the work we’ve invested in developing the Hub is delivering the improvements we hoped for and that the system is already supporting our commitment to quality.”
