Our Commercial Director, Scott Newland, recently shared his reflections on his time in the industry. covering everything from how design has changed technically through to the ever- changing nature of workplace requirements, it’s a walk through the challenges that we have risen to, from the incredibly fast move to working from home to the current demand for having teams back in the office with privacy pods and wellness suites.

Scott’s take on the way furniture requirements have changed in the face of environmental concerns (and legislation) makes for a fascinating read. But the one takeaway for us is that it’s all about service and understanding what our customers need – and long may that continue.
